Leadership

The STEAM Leaders contribute to the Tech Manager, Tech Director, and Tech Training duties. They sacrifice when no one else is available and show a vested interest in STEAM results. Leaders know the why behind the how, and how the various STEAM Tech roles work together. They make sure the details align with the big picture.

STEAM Leaders will influence the Tech strategy and budget priorities to make sure we are achieving our STEAM vision and goals. They will promote the team, help recruit new volunteers, and help train them to become future leaders. There are currently 3 leadership roles performing different responsibilities: Communications, Quality Assurance, and Scheduling.

  • Learn our System on the STEAM Training Hub, and build relationships with STEAM Team & Worship Team.
  • Manager Specific Responsibilities as assigned (and listed in [R10] Tech Manager Checklists).
  • Receives access to STEAM Coffee & Snack Bar.
  • Receives a STEAM Training Hub account and access to the training library.
  • Receives a mySuncoastChurch Microsoft Teams account (and church e-mail).
  • Receives a STEAM Polo or Jersey, when available.
