Once the STEAM trainee graduates to a Supervised [L3] training level, they can work a Tech Role with supervision from an Independent [L4], Certified [L5], or SME [L6] on that specified Tech Role. This Supervisor [L4+] will be continuously watching the trainee and will offer instruction and guidance. Mistakes are still the responsibility of the Supervisor [L4+], so constant care must be given when performing these roles. It is still up to the Supervisor [L4+] how many hands-on opportunities will be given during the production event. However, rehearsal events should be used to gain as much hands-on experience as possible for the Supervised [L3] trainee.
- Receives access to STEAM Coffee & Snack Bar when scheduled.
- Receives a STEAM Training Hub account and access to the training library.
- Receives a Planning Center account and starts to be scheduled for events/services.
- Receives a STEAM Polo or Jersey, when available.
