STEAM Communication & Coordination Manager (Role 10c)

[Leadership] The STEAM [R10c] Communication Manager manages communications within STEAM team and among pastoral staff. This role is essential for efficient and production communications. This manager is also responsible for the STEAM website. Recruits new volunteers and is responsible for preventing volunteer burnout! Currently performed by Christina Fictum.

STEAM Quality Assurance & Training Manager (Role 10q)

[Leadership] The STEAM [R10q] Quality Assurance "QA" Manager is a position that floats around all the various STEAM Roles during an event and verifies things are being done according to the training, processes, and checklists. The Manager will also provide training before those events, if needed. Fills in gaps when no one else is available. Recruits new volunteers and is responsible for preventing volunteer burnout! Currently performed by Mike Donald.

STEAM Scheduling & Planning Manager (Role 10s)

Profile

[Leadership] The STEAM [R10s] Scheduling Manager manages all events and volunteers in Planning Center. Schedules resources and ensures the rules are followed. Fills in gaps when no one else is available. Recruits new volunteers and is responsible for preventing volunteer burnout! Currently performed by Daniel Feliciano.
